coconut soup?
this has got to be my favourite soup to eat in Bali. sop kelapa from Pondok Kuring restaurant in Renon. it is absolutely delicious. a seafood and vegetable soup cooked in a coconut and with slivers of coconut in it. this goes down a treat. a real comforting dish at any time of the day. and I just love the way they serve it still in the coconut.
